Women’s Soulful Living Workshops
Workshop dates: Saturday & Sunday November 4/5, 2023 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
We will spend two days diving deep into SOUL and learning ancient tools and Heart Centered practices for our busy lives. We will uncover your definition of what I like to call Meaningful Work, and we will learn to Slay Your Inner Dragon and commune with your Inner Mentor. We will spent lots of time on Tarot and learning to read the cards without a book! What?! PLUS you will be in a SACRED CIRCLE OF WILD WOMEN and like-minded sisterhood.. a safe yummy place to share and co-create our lives.
I will be sharing tools I use in my own life to live in a more inspired and Soul connected way. You can have deep connection to your authentic essential self while still leading your busy life!
What you will learn over the weekend:
- Tarot as a transformational tool – You will be learning how to use TAROT as a gateway to your Inner Wisdom, and learning how to tap into it anytime you like. No experience in tarot necessary, and you do not need to own or bring a deck with you.
- Desire Mapping – this is where we will create the Goals for our Soul. We uncover how we want to feel in various areas of our lives, and we learn how to use these Core Desired Feelings as guideposts for decisions we make every day to be in alignment with
our soul’s purpose. Meaningful Work is uncovered here! - Guided Meditations and exercises to Slay Your Inner Dragon and listen more deeply to your Inner Wise Woman –learning these tools in my own life have been instrumental in my spiritual, personal, and professional growth. I cannot WAIT to share them with you.
- Soul Collage and Dream Boards – This is where we will get a bit crafty. I have a VERY UNIQUE way of doing Vision Boards that I learned from my mentor, and SOUL COLLAGE is a powerful practice and another way to access your Inner Wisdom. All supplies will be provided, you just bring your willingness to open your heart and quieten your Inner Critic for these exercises. Don’t worry, we will be covering how to do both of these things before we dive into these exercises! And these tools you learn can be used in every area of your life!
- Creating Sacred Space – I practice a variety of spiritual practices, many are rooted in connection with the rhythms of nature. I will be teaching how you can create Sacred Space anywhere, for any purpose, and how to bring more ritual into your daily life. You will be meeting your inner guides and learn how to ask the wisdom of the spirit to give you guidance and clarity in your life and business.

The first day you challenged us to dig deep, and in so doing, the fibres of our souls stretched and opened up (and oozed a little or a lot). The second day was soul-filling, and we left with larger hearts.

I wanted to thank you so very much for everything you have done for me, changed for me, opened me up to, given me, the list really should be longer. I found it an awesome workshop all around, I don’t think there is much or anything you could change to make it better. Only more time spent together as a group could make it better.
